We decided to have Michael photograph our wedding in the Berkeley Hills at the Lawrence Hall of Science after seeing his excellent work online and from our friends' wedding. As someone with minimal photography knowledge, I think our venue was beautiful yet challenging. The marine layer came in, making everything bright but yet occasionally hazy. But after receiving the pictures from Michael, the wife and I were extremely happy. He used those challenges to great effect, making it look like we were married above the clouds while also nicely capturing my wife getting ready and everyone's classy partying ways. Our sunset photos were incredible, and he pulled us out toward the end of the night to get some awesome shots when the clouds came up into the hills as whispy fog. And in person, Michael is beyond great. Easy to converse with, friendly, and smart. Highly recommended.
